Nicki Potts is director of financial profiling and planning for Morningstar Australasia Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. She conducts research and shares insights and perspectives on financial risk, risk profiling, risk tolerance, suitability, and financial planning.
Before joining Morningstar in 2020, Potts heads product development for PlanPlus Global (FinaMetrica), delivering rigorous, academically validated risk profiling and suitability technology.
Potts holds a bachelor's degree in finance and information technology from the University of NSW. She also holds a graduate diploma in psychology from the University of Sydney.
