DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Jardine Matheson exec Raymond Co buys shares

Savannah Energy PLC - London-based developer of hydrocarbon and renewable energy projects in Africa - Chief Executive Officer Andrew Knott buys 128.6 million shares from independently managed employee benefit trust, the Savannah Energy 2022 Trust. Following completion of the purchase of the shares, the relationship agreement between Savannah Energy and Knott is now effective and all outstanding options held by Knott, over 38.3 million shares, have been cancelled. Knott now holds 20.2% of the company.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Jardine Matheson Chief People Officer Raymond Co buys 2,300 shares at USD63.19 each Wednesday, worth total USD145,337.

Zegona Communications PLC - London-based investor in European telecommunications and media companies and owner of Vodafone Spain - Zegona non-exec Tim Pennington buys 6,588 shares at GBP15.20, worth total GBP100,138, on Wednesday.

Convatec Group PLC - London-based medical products and technologies provider - director Tobias Hestler buys 50,000 shares at GBP2.26 each on Thursday, worth total GBP113,000.
