IN BRIEF: Devolver Digital stock falls on plans to leave AIM

Devolver Digital Inc - Austin, Texas-based video game publisher - Announces the proposed cancellation of its shares from trading on AIM. Also proposes a capital return of up to USD5.0 million in cash to shareholders and holders of depository interests through a tender offer. Intends to seek approval at a general meeting on September 8. Under the tender offer, Devolver will repurchase up to 23.3 million shares or approximately 4.71% of its current issued and outstanding share capital at 16 pence per share. This is equal to its closing price on Wednesday, Devolver notes.

Current stock price: 6.10 pence, down 62% on Thursday in London

12-month change: down 74%
