IN BRIEF: British American Tobacco prices USD1.5 billion in debt notes
British American Tobacco PLC - London-based cigarette and vaping products maker - BAT subsidiary BAT Capital Corp on Tuesday prices an offering of USD1.50 billion in guaranteed debt notes. The offering is split equally between USD750.0 million in 5.30% notes due 2033 and USD750.0 million in 5.55% notes due 2036. The offering is managed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, Goldman Sachs & Co LLC, Santander US Capital Markets LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities LLC, with Emirates NBD Bank PJSC as co-manager.
