IN BRIEF: Zentra extends maturity of New Islington loan facility
Zentra Group PLC - Manchester-based residential developer, development manager and property manager - Agrees to an extension to its secured loan facility for its New Islington development. The extension revises the facility's maturity date to January 9, 2027, from July 9, 2026, while all other material commercial terms remain unchanged. The development project includes a six-storey apartment block offering 40 homes in the New Islington neighbourhood of Manchester. Zentra says it has advanced the tender process for the build contract and has progressed design development options through pre-application engagement to enhance the quality of the scheme. The project is expected to enter the construction phase in the first quarter of 2027.
