Susan Dziubinski: I’m Susan Dziubinski, co-host of The Morning Filter podcast. Berkshire Hathaway BRK.A BRK.B published its latest 13F report last week, covering the firm’s buys and sells during the fourth quarter of 2025. Notably, the new 13F covers the final quarter with Warren Buffett as CEO.
Berkshire Hathaway bought more of three stocks that Morningstar’s analysts cover. Today, we’ll take a look at those three stocks and share which one looks like a stock to buy from Morningstar’s perspective.
Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Bought These Stocks. Should You?
Berkshire added to its position in Chevron during the quarter. Chevron is a top-five holding in Berkshire Hathaway’s portfolio. Although Chevron is an integrated energy company, Morningstar assigns the firm a narrow economic moat rating based largely on the quality of its upstream portfolio. We think Chevron’s stock is worth USD 171, and shares look about fairly valued today. Based on its valuation, we think Chevron is one to keep on a watchlist.

Berkshire also picked up more shares of insurer Chubb during the fourth quarter. Chubb is a top-10 holding of Berkshire Hathaway’s, and Berkshire Hathaway is Chubb’s second-largest shareholder. Morningstar thinks this large, diversified insurer has carved out a narrow economic moat. The company has enjoyed tailwinds on both the underwriting and investment sides of the business, but we think the valuations of insurers look stretched today. We think Chubb’s shares are worth USD 283 and appear overvalued.

Buffett and his team picked up more shares of Domino’s Pizza during the quarter, and it looks like Berkshire now owns nearly 10% of the company. Morningstar thinks the world’s largest pizza chain has carved out a wide economic moat, and we expect Domino’s to capture a larger slice of the pie as consumers gravitate toward its compelling, value-oriented menu. We think Domino’s stock is worth USD 436, and as we’re taping this video, Domino’s looks like a stock to buy.
